Day 1: Marrakech-Telouet - Ait Ben Haddou - Ouarzazate

Depart from Marrakech after breakfast and cross the Tizi N'Tichka pass (2260m) while enjoying stunning views of the High Atlas Mountains and Berber villages. Visit the famous Kasbah of Pasha Glaoui in Telouet, Andalusian inspiration, denotes the opulence of Glaoui at the time and contrasts with the sleek and gross Berber style. From its terrace offers a magnificent view of the Jebel Ghat a height of 3800 m .. Lunch in a Berber restaurant near the High Atlas.then we continue to Ait Ben Haddou village aliong the Ounila Valley, Stop to visit the World Heritage Site of Ait Ben Haddou is situated on a hill along the Ouarzazate River. This beautiful example of the architecture of southern Morocco has been used as a backdrop for more than 20 films, including Lawrence of Arabia, Jewel of the Nile, The Mummy and Gladiator.

Day 2: Ouarzazate - Roses Valley - Dades Valley - Todra Gorges

After breakfast,your travel start to Rose Valley via Skoura palm visit the amazing Kasbah of Amerhidil (17th century), This Kasbah is situated by the Ameridil River. Discover the Valley of Roses (Rose Festival every first weekend in May), arrival at the Dades Valley. . Lunch in the middle of Dades Gorges. Continue to the Todra Gorges (the highest in Morocco, 300m). Overnight in a guest house.

Day 3: Todra Gorge -Tafillele valley -Merzouga

After breakfast walking to visit todra palm,than we get to Tinjdad and his two former ksars (15th and 18th century) and museum chronicling the life of one of the three major Berber tribes (Ait Morghade).break for lunch, the gateway to the desert via Erfoud and Tafilalete Valley, arrived to Erg Chebbi (the highest dunes of North Africa, 250m) where you will camel trek into the beautiful dunes. You will spend the evening in a bivouac (camp), enjoy a Moroccan dinner, and sleep in traditional Nomad camel hair tent.

Day 4: Merzouga - Zagora

Wake-up to a spectacular sunrise in the desert and enjoy breakfast. Bivouac trekkers will return by camel and continue to the small town of Rissani where you will visit the Ksours and Kasbahs of Tafilalt, stopping in the Tafilalt Palm Grove on the way. You will visit the zaouia of Moulay Ali Sherif (mausoleum of the dynasty’s founder) and experience the local market day in Rissani to see the traditional souks. Next, continue to Zagora (Draacapital) via the Oasis Massisi and N'Kob. Lunch at Kob with berber family. Crossing the Draa Valley in the tracks of the ancient nomadic caravans. Accommodation in Zagora in a hotel or in one of the most beautiful riads in the heart of the palm.

day 5 : Zagora - Draa Valley - Marrakech

After breakfast departure to Ouarzazate through the immense palm grove of the Draa Valley (about 3 million palm trees). Stop in the village of Tamnougalte, visit the kasbah where he was shooting the film of Babel. Mountain crossing of the anti Atlas via the Tizi N'Tinififte (1600m). Arrival at Ouarzazate lunch there, back to Marrakech by the High Atlas mountains, night in your hotel or Riad.
 

3 Days 2 Nights : Marrakech - Ait Ben Haddou - Zagora - hamid - Erg Chagaga

Day 1: Marrakech - Ait Ben Haddou - Ouarzazate - Agdez

Travling early morning by 4x4 to Agdez via the Tizi-N-Tichka pass (2260 m), continue to the village of Ait Ben Haddou via the Ounilla valley, visit the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou ranked as world heritage by UNESCO, this site has been privileged for many film shoots: Lawrence of Arabia, Gladiator, Scheherazade, Cleopatra, Jesus of Nazareth, Indiana Jones Babel, ...lunch on site. in the afternoon we cross the anti Atlas via Tizi N'tinififte (1700 m) arrived to Agdez overnight in one of old Kasbah.

Day 2: Agdez - Zagora - hamid - Erg Chagaga

after breakfast depart to Zagora by extending the Draa Valley, arrived in the village of Tamgroute, visit the Koranic library of the 17th century, the underground kasbah and pottery cooperative. continue to the small village of Oulad Driss lunch there in the middle of the palm grove, in the afternoon our trip continue to the dunes of Chegaga by sandy tracks to reach the bivouac near of the dunes with a stop in the Sacred oasis after a glass of mint tea (symbol of berber hospitality)there we take the camels to go to watch the sunset in the top of dunes. You will spend the evening in a bivouac (camp), enjoy a Moroccan dinner, and sleep in traditional Nomad camel hair tent

Day 3: Chegaga - Lake Iriqui - Foum Zguid - Taznakht-Marrakech

Departure to Marrakech by the tracks between the erg Chegaga and the dry bed of the Draa through Lake Iriqui, then Foum Zguid and continue by road via Taznakht. Drive back to Marrakech, Photo stops will be made during the day between Erg Chagaga and Marrakech before arriving at your hotel or Riad.
 



4 Days 3 Nights

    

Day 1: Marrakech - Ait Ben Haddou -Ouarzazate - Roses Valley

Departure from Marrakech and cross the Tizi N'Tichka (2260m) while enjoying stunning views of the High Atlas Mountains and Berber villages. Stop to visit the World Heritage Site of Ait Ben Haddou is situated on a hill along the Ouarzazate River. This beautiful example of the architecture of southern Morocco has been used as a backdrop for more than 20 films, including Lawrence of Arabia, Jewel of the Nile, The Mummy and Gladiator. You will continue to Ouarzazate visit the famous Kasbah Taourirte former home of Pacha Glaoui, stop for lunch, afternoon continuation to Kelaa M'gouna the capital of the valley rose (rose festival every first week of the month of May) overnight stay in the middle of the Roses Valley and enjoy the evening with a Moroccan dinner.

Day 2: Roses Valley - Dades Valley - Todra Gorges - Merzouga

After breakfast departure to the Dades Gorge with stops to admire the spectacular scenery and also to enjoy the tea menth also known as the "Berber whiskey". You will continue to Tinghir via Boulman Dades visit this lush area with beautiful palm trees. The journey continues to the Todra where you can enjoy a quiet meal. afternoon continuation to the desert, arriving at the village of Merzouga, where a maid hiking awaits you in the most beautiful dunes of Erg Chebbi. You will spend the night in a bivouac (camp), enjoy a Moroccan dinner and sleep in tent Nomad manufactured by wool camel and goats.

Day 3: Merzouga - Zagora

Wake-up to a spectacular sunrise in the desert and enjoy breakfast. Bivouac trekkers will return by camel , and continue to the town of Rissani where you can visit the region, (ancient capital al business days of caravans), visit the Zawiya of Moulay Ali Cherif (mausoleum of the founder of the Alawite dynasty) and also not forgetting the local market of Rissani . depart to the Alnif Oasis and N'kob stop for lunch and continue to Zagora ( Draa capital), overnight in a hotel in the middle of the palm grove.

Day 4: Zagora - Draa Valley - Marrakech

After breakfast depart to Tamgroute village,visit the Koranic library of the 17th century, the underground kasbah and pottery cooperative, return to lengthen the Draa Valley with these three million palm, stop at the village of Tamnougalte (known by Touareg pepole) visit the Kasbah and lunch. then travel to Ouarzazate via the Tizi N'tinififte (1700 m) in the Anti Atlas and back to Marrakech via the High Atlas mountains.
 







2 Days 1 Night

Day 1: Marrakech – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate – Zagora

Our first morning begins with an enjoyable drive that takes us across the High Atlas Mountains, at a height of 2260 meters by the Tizi N'Tichka pass. You’ll see striking scenes of villages that seem to sit precariously on the flanks of the mountains. We’ll cover a distance of approximately 350 km on the first day of our tour.
We visit the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that has served as the backdrop for hundreds of movies including Gladiator, Seven Years in Tibet, and The Mummy. Lunch is at L'Oasis D'Or restaurant.
After lunch, we’ll take the road to Zagora, which eventually leads to Ouarzazate. On the way we’ll come to Agdz, emerging from the mountain scenery for our first glimpse of the Draa Valley and its lush oases. You’ll see a stretch of palms that reach out into the desert haze, our first sign of the kasbahs here.
We’ll end our first day of travels at Zagora, where you’ll have dinner and stay overnight.

Day 2: Zagora – Draa valley – Ouarzazate – Marrakech

After breakfast in Zagora, your private tour continues. We’ll cover 350 km today as well. On the way to Ouarzazate we pass through the Anti-Atlas or Little Atlas Mountains. The route then takes us through the Draa Valley, where you’ll see many palm groves and kasbahs. Lunch will be at La Kasbah Etoile restaurant in Ouarzazate. After lunch we’ll drive back to Marrakech via the Tizi N’tichka pass.
 

3 Days 2 Nights

Day 1: Marrakech - Ait Ben Haddou - Dades Valley

Departure from Marrakech and cross the Tizi N'Tichka (2260m) while enjoying stunning views of the High Atlas Mountains and Berber villages. Stop for lunch and visit the World Heritage Site of Ait Ben Haddou is situated on a hill along the Ouarzazate River. This beautiful example of the architecture of southern Morocco has been used as a backdrop for more than 20 films, including Lawrence of Arabia, Jewel of the Nile, The Mummy and Gladiator. You continued to Kelaa M'gouna the (Valley of Roses), and the Dades Valley by road Thousand Kasbahs. Spend the night in a hotel in the middle of the Dades gorges and enjoy the evening with a Moroccan dinner.

Day 2: Dades Valley-Todra Gorge- Merzouga

After breakfast, you will go to the Todra Gorge with cliffs 304 meters high, as its clear stream, the most amazing part is along the Todra valley before reaching the gorge. this narrow green valley lined with palm trees on the rocks you can see nomadic families keep their sheep and goats. Maybe you will see eagles nesting in the Todra Gorge and other amazing birds. lunch in the gorge, afternoon continuation to the desert, arriving at the village of Merzouga, where you will camel trek into the beautiful Erg Chebbi Dunes. You will spend the evening in a bivouac (camp), enjoy a Moroccan dinner, and sleep in traditional Nomad camel hair tent

Day 3: Merzouga-Draa Valley-Marrakech

Wake-up to a spectacular sunrise in the desert and enjoy breakfast. Bivouac trekkers will return by camel and continue to Ouarzazate and back over the high Atlas Mountains. Arrive Marrakech early evening.

* This circuit can be adapt to end in Fez and travel through the Tafilalet valley, Ziz Gorges and the woods cedar of Azrou*

Who we are ?

I am Ali Baouz, the founder of Ali Sud Magic and I'm from a Berber nomad family of southern Morocco. I received my diploma in tourism from the University of Marrakech.
My organizational skills and experience contribute greatly to my profession as tour guide. I have been in this industry for the last 20 years. Many of those years were spent in different tour agencies driving and discovering the four corners of Morocco. My wish is to explore with you the many secret places of this beautiful and magic country and offer you a unique experience...
